Teen & Adult Therapy Services in Atlanta
Therapy for people navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout
Focus Areas
Specialized approaches, chosen around what you are actually dealing with
Adult ADHD Therapy
For adults diagnosed late, in the middle of assessment, or strongly suspecting it. Making sense of the history, recovering from years of compensating, and building a life that does not require fighting your own brain all day.

Task initiation, time, organization and memory, worked with your energy instead of against it. Whether or not you have ADHD, and treated clinically rather than coached.

Affirming therapy for autistic and AuDHD adults, including those who identified themselves. Masking, sensory needs, disclosure, and rereading a whole life with new information.

When skills you had reliably start failing and sensory tolerance drops through the floor. Not depression, not ordinary tiredness, and it does not respond to a long weekend.

Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems, paced to your nervous system. Body-based rather than insight-only, and you are never required to retell the whole story.

For adults who are still delivering and are empty underneath it. The self-worth arrangement holding it in place, not another productivity system on top.

For anxiety you already understand perfectly well that carries on anyway. Body-based work, plus real attention to what the anxiety is actually responding to.

Process groups for high-functioning neurodivergent adults, built around the things individual therapy cannot rehearse: friendship, dating, boundaries, and letting the mask down somewhere safe. A new co-ed group runs Wednesday evenings in Atlanta.
