About Ansley Rosamilia, MS, APC, NCC

Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to helping people navigate burnout and discover their authentic selves

Hi, I'm Ansley

In my practice, I create a space where clients can finally feel understood and accepted. I've dedicated my career to working with neurodivergent, anxious, and deeply feeling individuals who are struggling with burnout and the pressures of everyday life.

My clinical approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing, and I work hard to create an environment where my clients feel truly seen and accepted for exactly who they are.

Under the supervision of Dr. Thomasina Lawson (Licensed Professional Counselor #8418, Approved Clinical Supervisor #3082)

My Approach & Modalities

My therapeutic approach integrates several modalities to meet the unique needs of each client:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Helping clients understand their different "parts" and develop self-compassion
  • Experiential/Interpersonal Therapy - Creating healing through authentic relationships and in-the-moment experiences
  • Existential Counseling - Supporting clients in finding meaning and direction in their lives
  • Somatic Experiencing - Connecting with the body to heal and regulate emotions
  • Person-Centered Therapy - Creating an authentic, empathetic connection built on trust

A Bit More Personal

I believe that therapy is most effective when it balances depth with moments of genuine connection and even humor. Some of the most profound breakthroughs happen in the midst of authentic conversation, unexpected insights, and the shared experience of being human together.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy creative writing, watching Braves baseball, painting, playing video games, and keeping plants alive, which helps me stay grounded and brings balance to my life.
