Now Enrolling: A Social Support Therapy Group for Neurodivergent Adults in Atlanta

Flyer for the Social Support Therapy Group at Rosamilia Counseling in Atlanta, listing Wednesday 6pm sessions from August 19 to December 9 at $60 per session

Individual therapy is good at a lot of things. What it cannot do is give you practice.

If the hard part is other people, at some point you need a room with other people in it. That is what this group is for.

What this group is

A co-ed process therapy group for high-functioning ADHD and autistic adults, ages 20 and up, who want to build genuine, lasting friendships, navigate the confusing world of dating and romance, or simply feel safe letting their guard down.

A process group is not a class and there is no worksheet. The group itself is the material. What happens between the people in the room becomes what we work with, which means you get to try things out somewhere the stakes are low and everyone is on the same page about why this is hard.

What we cover

  • Moving past the small talk toward deep, meaningful friendships
  • Dating and romance, including the unwritten rules, intimacy, and rejection
  • Lowering the mask and letting others see the real you, at a pace you set
  • Boundary setting to protect your peace while staying open to connection

The details

  • When: Wednesdays at 6:00 pm
  • Dates: August 19 through December 9, 2026, 16 in-person sessions
  • Cost: $60 per session
  • Where: 6065 Lake Forrest Drive, Unit 250, Atlanta, GA 30328

Is this a fit?

If you have spent most of your life translating yourself for other people and you are tired, this is probably for you. You do not need to arrive with social skills already figured out. That is rather the point.

The best way to find out is to talk it through. Book a free consultation and we can work out together whether the group is right for you, or whether something else would serve you better.
