How I Help

I work with adults who look capable from the outside but feel overwhelmed and burned out underneath.

When perfectionism turns into burnout, I help people rediscover their strengths and find balance.

Late-diagnosed ADHD and autism reframe a lot of things. I help you make sense of what that means now.

Adult ADHD, Autism, and Late Diagnosis

Most of the people I work with are adults. Many of them spent years being told they were bright but disorganized, too sensitive, or not living up to their potential, and only later found out there was a name for it. Recognizing your own ADHD or autism in adulthood can be a relief and a grief at the same time.

Therapy here is not about learning to mask better. We look at how your brain actually works, what the years of compensating cost you, and what a life built around your real wiring could look like at work, at home, and in your relationships.

  • Making sense of a recent or suspected ADHD or autism diagnosis as an adult
  • Burnout from years of holding it together at work
  • Perfectionism, procrastination, and the shame cycle between them
  • Sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, and recovery time
  • Relationships and communication when you process the world differently

Some of this work is easier with other people in the room. Alongside individual sessions I run process groups for neurodivergent adults, covering friendship, dating, boundaries, and what it takes to lower the mask somewhere safe. A new group is enrolling now.
